We loved the high quality and extremely pleasant room with a comfortable bed. the location was magnificent and unbeatable, at a medium distance from Head Over Heels. - We didn't want to leave and would use them next time.

This is a hotel that's not too expensive, especially if you book well in advance. The rooms are basic but have everything you need - hair driers, free parking, access to an iron. The room is very comfortable, large and has good bathroom facilities. The staff are also very friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. They're also very helpful. There is a good friendly restaurant next door - good food and good service with an all you can eat breakfast. I would say this is perfect for a cheap stay if you're on business, going to a wedding nearby (as we were) etc. and need a place for a few nights. Everything you would expect is there. I very much enjoyed my stay.
This wouldn't be good for a romantic getaway and I am not sure that it'd be great for families either. The only negative is the price if you don't book early enough. Though it's still the cheapest branded hotel in the area.

We have used Premier Inns before and know they are a reliable value for money option
We were lead to believe when we booked that we had booked some sort of deal. We had booked a long time ago. I seem to remember we agreed a price but on arrival there was no such deal and it cost us rather more than we expected. We enquired what we should have done to seal a deal and it was explained to us. Better luck for us next time - and there will be a next time.

Everything was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful; theroom was clean and comfortable. One thing that set you apart from other establishments was the cook to order, whatever you like breakfast. More expensive hotels have help yourself warmed and tired food. I have not been to a hotel that is better value for money.

I like the simplicity of it. I always find the staff friendly. The breakfast is good and again, the staff in the restaurant are very helpful.
Although my booking through Booked.net specified that breakfast was included, I was charged for breakfast separately. Also I had specified a twin room but when I arrived it was a single. The receptionist was very helpful and when I showed her my booking, she changed it to a twin.
